What Makes Careside Different
We don’t just place people. We assess what will make the placement hold.
Housing placement should be more than finding an available unit. Careside looks at the person, their housing history, daily living skills, support needs, and potential barriers before placement, then follows up after move-in.
Individualized Housing Pathway
Not every participant needs the same level of support. Careside helps determine whether the best fit is independent housing, housing with added support, or further evaluation before placement.
Stabilization After Move-In
Placement is not the finish line. Careside follows up at 30, 60, and 90 days to identify problems early, support the participant, and help protect the landlord relationship.
